WOODWORKING COMPANY IS HIRING A PRODUCTION MANAGER
The company specializes in the preparation of construction lumber and the production of container boards on an automated line, as well as the production of turned posts and pallets.
Main responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing and monitoring of production processes;
- Management of bandsaw operators, auxiliary workers, container line operators, sorters-packers and other workers;
- Supervision of warehouse work and control of production movement;
- Production quality monitoring, product conformity control after orders;
- Data collection and preparation of reports for management;
- Ensuring production discipline and efficiency.
Requirements for candidates:
- Previous experience in production management (preferably in the woodworking industry);
- Technical thinking, understanding of woodworking technologies and equipment
- Good organizational and communication skills;
- Ability to plan and make decisions independently;
- Computer skills for daily reporting and documentation;
